You read one report a month. I handle the rest. I keep this small on purpose, so I only take it on when I can hold your business properly in my head.

Because the Outside View is how you see how I think, and how I see whether we're a fit. I don't run sales calls. The work makes the case or it doesn't.
Because the diagnosis is the product, not a sales tool. You can take it and never hire me again, and it will still have been worth it.
Because you should know what something costs before you say yes, and I should be accountable to a scope, not a clock. Hourly billing punishes you for asking questions and rewards me for working slowly. Neither of us wants that.
Fees cover work once it's delivered, so they're non-refundable after delivery. If I ever fail to deliver something you've paid for, you get that money back. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
Prices are in US dollars. I accept bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or another provider we agree on.
